We hope your moissanite or jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry item, it may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping & handling charges) or exchanged within 30 days.

Please note that any charges to your account from MoissaniteDiamond.com will appear as "Arkumi-Spencer & Spencer" on your billing statement.

Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by MoissaniteDiamond.com), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by MoissaniteDiamond.com was not engraved with the letters specified in your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.

All jewelry returned for refund or exchange must have the original security tag on the item for refunds to be processed. MoissaniteDiamond.com will not accept or process the refund otherwise.

Eternity bands are custom made per order, so when ordering please make sure you have the correct ring size. Eternity bands and eternity engagement rings have a 15% restocking fee. Platinum rings have a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty

To ensure the highest quality, all Charles & Colvard created moissanite jewels are evaluated to exacting standards by specially trained gemologists, quality control personnel, and automated video imaging equipment.

All of our jewelry comes with a Charles & Colvard ”Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty” card.

MoissaniteIsForever.com has a one year manufacturer's warranty on all of its jewelry. If any damage should occur, we will gladly repair your jewelry item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are simple. You can return your moissanite or jewelry item 30 days of shipment from MoissaniteIsForever.com, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue a credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ring Size

If your ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 5 business days. Eternity bands cannot be sized.

Returns

MoissaniteIsForever.com merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to MoissaniteDiamond.com, follow the checklist below:

1. Call MoissaniteDiamond.com customer service at (800) 561-6488 for a Return Authorization Code.

2. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewel box. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Do not forget to include your moissanite certificate. (The moissanite certificate carries a $15 replacement fee.)

3. Place it all inside a shipping box.

4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

5. Ship the item by any traceable shipping method and request a return receipt for your records.

We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns may be returned to sender. Returns can take up to 30 days to process.
